Service Agreement & Liability Waiver

This Service Agreement and Liability Waiver (“Agreement”) applies to all services provided by Elite Visionary Solutions (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By scheduling, requesting, or allowing installation services to be performed, the client (“Customer”) agrees to the terms outlined below.

The Customer understands that TV mounting and wall installation services involve drilling, anchoring, and attaching equipment to wall structures that may include drywall, plaster, brick, concrete, wood studs, or other materials.

Because wall conditions vary between properties, certain risks may exist that cannot always be identified before installation begins.

By accepting service, the Customer acknowledges that Elite Visionary Solutions cannot guarantee the structural integrity of walls, surfaces, or building materials where equipment is installed.

The Customer agrees that:

• They have permission from the property owner, landlord, or building management to perform the installation.
   
• The installation location is safe and suitable for mounting equipment.
   
• Any known conditions such as electrical wiring, plumbing, or structural limitations within the wall have been disclosed prior to installation.
   

Elite Visionary Solutions shall not be responsible for damages resulting from hidden conditions that were not visible or disclosed before installation.

If the Customer provides their own television, mounting bracket, or installation hardware, Elite Visionary Solutions is not responsible for defects, compatibility issues, or failures related to those products.

While we may provide professional recommendations, the final decision regarding equipment rests with the Customer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Visionary Solutions shall not be held liable for:

• Damage to televisions, electronics, or equipment supplied by the Customer
   
• Structural damage caused by hidden wiring, plumbing, or unforeseen building conditions
   
• Equipment failure due to manufacturer defects or improper hardware
   
• Cosmetic wall damage resulting from installation or removal of mounts
   
• Any damage or injury occurring after installation due to misuse, external force, environmental conditions, or tampering with installed equipment
   

Once installation is completed and approved by the Customer, the Customer assumes responsibility for the proper use and maintenance of all installed equipment.

The Customer acknowledges that televisions and mounted equipment should not be adjusted, repositioned, or modified without proper tools and professional assistance.

Elite Visionary Solutions is not responsible for damages resulting from customer modifications or third-party adjustments after service has been completed.

The Customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Elite Visionary Solutions, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from installation services performed, except in cases of proven gross negligence.

By scheduling, booking, or allowing services to be performed by Elite Visionary Solutions, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Service Agreement and Liability Waiver.
