Elite Visionary Solutions provides professional TV mounting, wall mounting, and general installation services for residential clients throughout New York City, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and The Bronx.

All services are performed based on the information provided by the client and the visible conditions of the installation environment at the time of service.

By requesting services, clients acknowledge and agree to the following responsibilities:

• The client has obtained any necessary permissions from landlords, property managers, or homeowners associations prior to installation.
   
• The installation location is safe, accessible, and suitable for mounting equipment.
   
• The client has disclosed any known structural conditions such as wiring, plumbing, concrete walls, or special building materials that may affect installation.
   

Failure to disclose such conditions may impact the installation process, and Elite Visionary Solutions shall not be held responsible for resulting complications.

While Elite Visionary Solutions performs installations using industry-standard tools and techniques, certain building materials, wall structures, or concealed elements (such as electrical wiring, pipes, or hidden structural components) may not be visible prior to installation.

Elite Visionary Solutions is not responsible for damages caused by hidden or undisclosed structural conditions, including but not limited to:

• Concealed wiring or plumbing
   
• Structural weaknesses within walls
   
• Pre-existing wall damage or instability
   
• Building code violations or improper prior construction
   

Elite Visionary Solutions provides installation services based on professional experience and commonly accepted mounting practices. However, the company cannot guarantee the structural integrity of walls, mounts, televisions, or hardware provided by the client.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite Visionary Solutions shall not be held liable for:

• Damage to televisions or equipment supplied by the client
   
• Wall damage caused by structural limitations or hidden conditions
   
• Equipment failure due to manufacturer defects
   
• Damage occurring after installation due to misuse, external impact, or environmental factors
   

Clients assume responsibility for the proper use and maintenance of all installed equipment after service is completed.

Clients may provide their own mounting hardware or request hardware as part of the service. Elite Visionary Solutions is not responsible for defects, malfunctions, or failures related to third-party products or equipment supplied by the client.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Pricing may vary depending on:

• Installation complexity
   
• Wall materials
   
• Equipment type
   
• Additional labor required beyond the original scope of work
   

Elite Visionary Solutions reserves the right to adjust pricing if unforeseen installation challenges arise.

Elite Visionary Solutions reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

• Installation conditions are unsafe
   
• Structural conditions make installation impractical
   
• The client requests work that violates safety standards or building regulations
